Steep for 12‑24 hours in the refrigerator (or at room temperature). The longer you steep, the stronger the concentrate. For a balanced flavor, 16‑18 hours is a good starting point.
Use a coarse grind (similar to breadcrumbs). Fine grinds can pass through the filter or over‑extract, causing bitterness. Our 350‑mesh filter is designed for coarse grinds.
Yes, absolutely. Use loose‑leaf tea or tea bags instead of coffee. Steep for 6‑12 hours (depending on tea type) for smooth, less bitter iced tea.
The filter has a removable bottom cover — open it, rinse out the coffee grounds, and wash with warm soapy water. It's also dishwasher safe (top rack). Let it air dry completely before next use.
Yes, the Tritan pitcher is top‑rack dishwasher safe. The lid and silicone seals can also go in the dishwasher. Hand washing is also fine.
We include ratio scales on the pitcher and filter. For a bold brew, use 120g coffee to 1200ml water; for medium, 80g to 1200ml. Adjust to your taste.
