Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to the continental United States and Canada. However, we are unable to provide shipping services to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and other outlying territories.
How much does shipping cost?
United States: Free shipping within the continental United States.
Canada: The shipping fees will be charged based on the product's weight, and it will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
What carriers do you partner with?
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS and FedEx for the shipment of regular-sized packages. For larger packages, we utilize UPS.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the processing efficiency of local logistics.
Hong long does it take to process orders?
For items that are currently in stock, we strive to process orders within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends and holidays. It is important to note that certain orders may experience delays due to order processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
When will tracking be available?
Once your order has been processed, we will upload the tracking number to our system. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Can I change my shipping address/method?
Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment agency, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method. In the event that your package cannot be successfully delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued to your account.
Will I be charged for customs duty?
For international orders outside of the United States, please note that we have no control over customs policies in different countries. Consequently, we cannot account for any taxes or import duties imposed. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes specific to your country.
