What payment methods do you accept?

● Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that Maestri House does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information during the payment process. For any inquiries regarding your transactions on our site, please contact your card-issuing bank for more information.

● Paypal

When selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. There, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still proceed with the payment by clicking on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card." You will then be directed to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete the payment safely via PayPal.

My credit card has been charged more than once for my purchase.

If you have been charged multiple times for the same purchase in error, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase, and we will promptly assist you in obtaining a refund to resolve the issue and ensure you are properly refunded.
