- Three buttons flash white five times simultaneously:
- Readd the milk and press Start.
- Try placing the cup at a different angle.
- Three buttons flash red five times simultaneously:
Turn off the product and let it sit for a while. Wait until it has cooled completely before adding milk and trying again.
- Three buttons with red lights stay on for 5 seconds:

The spring on the whisk cannot be removed.
To prevent the spring from detaching after prolonged use, it is designed to be quite tight. If you wish to make chocolate milk, you can use it without removing the spring.
It does not heat the milk.
- Ensure that you have selected the heating temperature instead of room temperature.
- Pick up the pitcher and put it back on the base to see if the milk frother can heat milk again. To avoid heating issues caused by poor contact with the heating base, and also ensure that the heating base is clean.
Does the interior of the cup contain a non-stick coating?
The cup is made of stainless steel and does not contain a non-stick coating on the inside.
