The milk frother does not turn on.
- Please try using a different power outlet to see if the milk frother can be turned on normally.
- Please confirm whether the milk frother has been exposed to water. This milk frother cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher or soaked in water for a long time. When cleaning, do not allow water to get into the body or bottom of the product, otherwise it may cause water damage and render the product unusable.
- If the milk frother has not been exposed to water, and changing the power outlet still does not work, and the order is still within the warranty period, please contact support@maestrihouse.com for assistance.
It does not froth the milk.
- The whisk doesn't turn:
Please clean up around the whisk to prevent residues around the whisk from affecting the rotation of the whisk.
- The whisk does turn but still does not froth the milk:
- Please confirm whether you use whole milk (Fat>3%).
- Proteins and fats in milk are responsible for how well the milk is frothed, so non-dairy milk doesn't have as much foam as whole milk.
It does not heat the milk.
- Regarding the heating issue, this milk frother can heat the milk up to 60℃±5℃（131℉-149℉), which is the optimal temperature. Also, the nutritional ingredients will not be destroyed at that temperature.
- Ensure that you have selected the heating temperature instead of room temperature.
- Pick up the body and put it back on the base to see if the milk frother can heat milk again. To avoid heating issues caused by poor contact with the heating base, and also ensure that the heating base is clean.

Is the milk frother coated inside?
- The interior of integrated Milk Frother is stainless steel and coated.
- This non-stick coating is food-grade, which is made of PTFE(PTFE is used as a non-stick coating for pans and other cookware. It is nonreactive)
Whether the product is used in a way that causes the milk to become burnt.
- There is a non-stick coating inside the product, so it won't paste the bottom under normal use.
- Make sure the milk added is under the maximum scale. (The scale is different for heating only and heating and frothing).
The screen does not light up when powered on / lights up briefly and then turns off automatically.
- Try changing the socket.
- Unplug from the socket and let it cool down for a while.
