• The whisk does turn but still does not froth the milk
  1. Please confirm whether you use whole milk (Fat>3%).
  2. Proteins and fats in milk are responsible for how well the milk is frothed, so non-dairy milk doesn't have as much foam as whole milk.

1. Regarding the heating issue, this milk frother can heat the milk up to 60℃±5℃（131℉-149℉), which is the optimal temperature. Also, the nutritional ingredients will not be destroyed at that temperature.
2. Ensure that you have selected the heating temperature instead of room temperature.
3. Pick up the pitcher and put it back on the base to see if the milk frother can heat milk again. To avoid heating issues caused by poor contact with the heating base, and also ensure that the heating base is clean.
