Why is it suddenly not charging and not working?
- Please try using a different charging cable. It is recommended to use a 5V-1A charger and charge for 4 hours. When charging, the white light will slowly flash.
- Turn on the product and observe the indicator light.
- No light at all: The product may be broken.
- White light on/Red and white light flashing: Please try unplugging and replugging the whisk or using another whisk.
There is a noise/high-pitched grinding sound when the milk frother is running.
- Try plugging and unplugging whisks, if you have extra whisks you can try replacing them to see if you have the same problem.
- If you can, try adding some lubricant to the whisk where it connects to the body.
