Why is it suddenly not charging and not working?
- Please try using a different charging cable. It is recommended to use a 5V-1A charger and charge for 4 hours. When charging, the white light will slowly flash.
- Turn on the product and observe the indicator light.
- No light at all: The product may be broken.
- White light on/Red and white light flashing: Please try unplugging and replugging the whisk or using another whisk.
Why can't the charging cable be fully inserted into the charging port?
The charging port is shallow, so it's difficult to fully insert the charger. Please use the included charging cable with a 5V/1A charger and charge for 3-4 hours to see if the charger works properly.
If the charger works properly, then it's normal.
